If the user/customer does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, he/she will not be entitled to obtain information or to use the site, the available applications or related services. Failure to comply with these conditions when using the site, an application or the services may result in civil and criminal penalties for the user/customer.

These pages, their content, their structure and the online accommodation reservation service offered through this website are owned, managed and administered by STAY TURISMO LTDA and are provided for the personal use of the user/customer for commercial purposes, governed by the terms and conditions described below.

1. Purpose of the service

Through this website, STAY TURISMO LTDA provides an online platform that allows certain types of accommodation structures to publish their own rooms/apartments for reservation and users of the site to make them. By making a reservation through stayturismo.com, the user/visitor implicitly establishes a direct, legally binding contractual relationship with the accommodation structure with which he/she made the reservation.

Our services are available for your personal, non-commercial use and therefore you are not permitted to resell, use, copy, monitor, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services contained on our website for any commercial or competitive activity.

2. Standard rates, discounted rates and promotional rates

The prices on our website are highly competitive. All rates published on the stayturismo.com website include VAT and other taxes, unless otherwise stated on the website or in the email confirming availability and/or booking. The rates published on the stayturismo.com website may refer to the entire stay, when the user/client specifies the arrival and departure dates, with reference to the maximum number of occupants indicated in the accommodation description.

Occasionally on our website the user/visitor may find promotional rates for specific periods of time or for a specific date. These rates, however, due to their exceptional nature, may be subject to special restrictions and conditions, for example, relating to cancellation, refund or payment of a deposit. Before making a reservation, therefore, the user/client is invited to carefully check the conditions in the details relating to room rates and cancellation conditions.

3. Payment methods

All payment methods accepted on the stayturismo.com website are managed through the Stripe platform, which is responsible for providing security and protection to the payment data provided by the user/customer. Therefore, STAY TURISMO LTDA is not responsible for data protection in this regard. 4. Cancellation

If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of making it, you will be reimbursed in full by bank transfer. After this period, no refunds will be made for the reservation under any circumstances, nor will credits be issued for future reservations.

Changes requested during your stay that involve a reduction in the number of nights will not be refunded.

STAY TURISMO LTDA is not responsible for changes caused by airlines, so the reservation will not be refunded without exception, nor will credits be issued for future reservations.

5. Correspondence

By making a reservation, the user/visitor agrees to receive an email before the arrival date, containing information about his/her destination and other suggestions and offers (including from third parties, if he/she has given his/her consent) relating to his/her reservation and destination. Specifically, the user/customer will receive communications via the system, also automatically, relating to the confirmation of a request for availability of his/her reservation, confirmation of availability, confirmation that the reservation was made correctly in the case of booking by any payment method.

After the reservation, the user/visitor also agrees to receive an email after his/her stay, with an invitation to complete a feedback form. The user is advised to consult our privacy and cookies policy for information on other contact methods.

6. Commercial partners

This website may channel, through hypertext links, to other websites operated by entities or companies outside of STAY TURISMO LTDA, in particular its commercial partners. These hypertexts published on the website - expressly authorized in writing - may direct the user/customer to their websites. STAY TURISMO LTDA is not obliged to check the content of these sites nor is it responsible for the accuracy or reliability of their content. Access to and use of these websites is the sole responsibility of the user/customer and is subject to the policies of each site.

7. Guest comments and opinions

The user/visitor is invited to submit an opinion in his/her name and surname, in his/her name only and not anonymously. Comments and/or reviews will cover information about the accommodation, services, hospitality, as well as location and general experience. The user who provides a review agrees that it will be public and can be viewed by other users of the website and by the accommodation facility in question. The review will contribute to the formation of an overall evaluation of the facility. Only users of the reservation service who have actually stayed in the reserved facility may express an opinion.

8. Privacy

By entering their data on the stayturismo.com portal, the user/visitor gives their consent for the publication of their name, profile photo and review entered on the site. The data entered during the reservation process may be used by STAY TURISMO LTDA in accordance with the privacy policy of which the user declares that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions. 9. Intellectual property rights

STAY TURISMO LTDA exclusively reserves the ownership of all rights, titles and interests in reference to all intellectual property rights with respect to the appearance and infrastructure of the website through which the service is available (including guest comments and translated content). The user has no right to distribute, modify, transmit, make available to the public, or any other activity that has not been expressly authorized by the license holder. Unauthorized use of the materials and information found on the website may be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, privacy rights and other applicable laws. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency or discrepancy between the Spanish text and translations into other languages ​​of these Terms and Conditions, the Spanish text shall prevail and be the final version. The Spanish language text is available on our website (by selecting the Spanish language) or will be sent upon written request.

In the event that any of the clauses present in the Terms and Conditions is invalid, becomes invalid, is or becomes non-binding, the user shall abide by the rest of the provisions mentioned herein.
